These terms govern your use of stays.akontec.com, operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd (CIN U70200WB2026PTC288824). By using the site you accept them.

They do not govern any engagement between us. If you engage Akontec, a separate written agreement will apply and will take precedence over anything on this website.

Nothing here is advice

The content of this site is general information about setting up and operating transport businesses in the United States and the United Kingdom. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance or immigration advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter any particular venture.

Akontec is not a law firm, an accountancy practice, an estate or letting agency, a licensed insurance broker, an immigration adviser or a licensing authority. Regulated work in any venture we coordinate is performed by independent licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction, engaged directly by you.

You should take your own professional advice before committing capital.

No guarantees of outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise, projection, forecast or guarantee of income, profit, return, payback period or business success. Any figures shown are illustrative planning ranges based on stated assumptions and will not match your actual results.

We do not guarantee that any company will be formed within a given period, that any registration, licence, permit or planning permission will be granted, that any landlord will consent, that any bank account will be opened, that any insurance will be offered or at any particular price, that any occupancy rate or nightly rate will be achieved, or that any business will trade profitably.

Every venture carries the risk of loss, including the total loss of capital deployed.

Ownership does not confer immigration rights

Owning or holding an interest in a company or a property in the United States or the United Kingdom does not give you any visa, residence permit, right of entry or right to work in that country. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise. We do not provide immigration advice and we will not assist with any arrangement designed to circumvent immigration requirements.

Short-term letting rules, registration and licensing regimes, tax obligations, insurance requirements and platform policies in the United States and the United Kingdom change frequently and vary by state, city, council and nation. Descriptions on this site are general and may be out of date or inapplicable to your chosen location.

Fees and figures

Fee structures described on this site are indicative of how we normally charge. They are not an offer. Specific percentages, minimums, thresholds and amounts are agreed per venture and set out in a written proposal and order form.

The engagement fee to begin the process and any capital requirement for a venture are separate figures and should not be confused.

Your use of the site

You may view, print and download content for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, systematically copy or scrape the site, or use it to build a competing service, without our written consent.

You must not attempt to interfere with the site, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use the enquiry form for anything other than a genuine enquiry.

All content, design, text, layout and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. Third-party names mentioned on this site are used descriptively to identify services and platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any booking platform, marketplace or brand referred to.

Liability

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

The governing law of any engagement is stated in the agreement for that engagement and may differ.
